Setting Off

 friday afternoon


we arrived at the campsite and put up the tents and left any non cycling things.

The campsite was small - only 6 pitches with a sink and a composting toilet.

We packed what we needed and then we drove to my granny's house, left the car and cycled back to the campsite in the pouring rain.

Although we had planned a wet weather route, we decided to take the dry weather route because it was quicker

we arrived back at the campsite and began making dinner (it had stopped raining).

Then we brushed our teeth and went to sleep

Making Plans

Planning first we decided what we were going to take so we made a list. then we had to plan the routes so we used the komoot app. we planned a wet weather and a dry weather route for friday. Wet weather route Dry weather route we also planned 3 routes for saturday, that joined up, and did them all Then we planned to cycle along the river path from Henley-on-Thames to Shiplake (no Kamoot route)
